# Stillroom

> Stillroom is based in Melbourne, Australia, and helps small-business owners set up practical AI workflows for email, customer follow-up and everyday administration, starting with the tools they already use.

Stillroom provides hands-on guidance and workflow setup. The starting point is a free, useful conversation about one task or operational problem. Any later implementation is scoped and priced separately.

Work may include email triage and reply drafts, customer check-ins, review requests, meeting notes turned into next steps, and making existing business information easier to use. Connections and actions depend on the tools and permissions agreed for each situation.

Customer-facing messages can be held for human review. Automatic actions are limited to the steps the owner explicitly agrees to. Examples on the website are illustrative workflows, not evidence of client outcomes.

Stillroom software is under development in the lab. It is not a finished software product available to buy. No standard price, guaranteed time saving or universal integration support is promised here.
